- Are reports tied to my account or to the VIN I bought them for?
- Tied to your account. You buy a credit; you choose which VIN to spend it on when you generate the report. A “Three Reports” purchase gives you three credits — use them on three different VINs over months or years, or on the same VIN three times across different deals. If a vehicle turns out not to be on our covered list, it's held before anything is spent — a not-covered vehicle never consumes a credit, and you can check the Coverage page (or just paste the VIN into the free preview) before buying.
